The only implementation of 10kW wind turbines in Poland and Indonesia, confirmed for years

For Polish constructors from Vivende, the most important test of the efficiency of the 10kW wind turbine with a vertical axis of rotation was a strong windstorm just after its launch in Szczecinek. The turbine installed on the roof of the production hall building perfectly passed this unexpected test. The pioneering construction of Polish engineers passed this exam with flying colors.

Another implementation of the 10 kW wind turbine took place in Głubczyce at the district hospital. It is the first commercially confirmed implementation of a 10kW wind turbine in the last few years on a domestic market market. None of the other producers offering similar devices has no reference projects in Poland. The proposals are only cataloged. The installation of such wind farms can be too risky for users. It happened that windmills imported from Asian countries lost their wings in strong gusts of wind.
The Vivende company has in its portfolio, apart from 10 kW turbines, also turbines with power 3 kW and 20 kW.

A few years ago, three such devices were made at the construction and energy company Polbud in Bielsk Podlaski. After the collapse of this plant in 2014, we took over the technical knowledge and know-how of turbine construction from their constructors , informs Krzysztof Tkaczyk, Vivende Chief Operating Officer. We have many patents in our portfolio and industrial solutions. A team of designers from Vivende developed and improved the versions of wind turbines developed by Polbud . Development works on the final version of the 10kW power plant delivered to the market lasted about 4 months. The construction of a 20kW turbine required a comparable time. The participation of Dr. Eng. Rafał Kajka, an outstanding scientist and practitioner with many years of experience in aviation and advanced management research works, including over landing gear. The combination of practice and science has brought tangible results: we have optimal solutions for wind turbines and low-speed generators. Additionally, we address the problem with vibration. - Thanks to research and precise calculations, our turbines achieve efficiency of over 45%. and generate electricity in strong gusts of wind, even up to 30m / s - adds Krzysztof Tkaczyk. - A combination of unique competences and the experience of our designers leads to the creation of new products and comprehensive solutions enabling the effective production of electricity from renewable sources. The effects of teamwork are impressive. Vivende offers wind turbines with vertical axis of rotation (Vertical Axis Wind Turbine, VAWT) with power up to 20kW, low-speed generators, constructions towers up to 30 m, water turbines, and water aeration devices. - We are not content with the achievements so far - declares Krzysztof Tkaczyk . We have great potential in the company and we want to take full advantage of it. In the next few months, we will have more interesting products that we are currently working on. Depending on the needs of our clients we can develop any technical project and build this installation. We produce wind turbines in mechanical processing plants in Szczecinek. Thanks to our proprietary solutions, we have a competitive advantage on the market. Most of the turbines produced in the world are designed for the nominal wind speed of 12 m / s, i.e. 43 km / h. The turbine then reaches its nominal power. If the wind blows faster, e.g. 100 km / h, then speed is higher. Orders for wind turbines and water aeration devices come from all over the world, informs director Krzysztof Tkaczyk. - We are now preparing a dozen such turbines for Denmark, where the average wind speed is 8 m / s. The area of ​​our interest are, among others countries of northern Europe, Russia, Kazakhstan and Southeast Asia. We will deliver water aeration generators on livestock farms to Indonesia fish and shrimp. We are interested in the market where the average wind speed is above 6 m / s. In Poland, it is the Baltic coast, the Suwałki district, and the entire strip from Warsaw to Berlin. Importantly, in Poland, there are many programs that can finance such installations. Solutions offered by Vivende allow to fully meet the needs of a farm, small business, electricity, becoming independent of the traditional electricity supplier. In addition to production, the company also provides complete project preparation and implementation services. It also works with producers photovoltaic panels and heat pumps, thus offering comprehensive solutions tailored individually to the needs of each client.
